We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Riverside Post Acute Care. This role is focused on providing essential hands-on care for patients. You will assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. You will monitor vital signs, report any changes in the patient’s condition to our nurses, and make sure each patient’s environment is clean and safe. Your role not only helps patients feel comfortable during their stay, but also enhances the overall well-being of patients through physical assistance and emotional support.

As a CNA, you will work closely with nurses and other medical staff to deliver high-quality care. Each patient has specific needs, so you will follow a care plan that is tailored and personalized to each patient. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with repositioning, transporting patients, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring nature to be successful in this position. We strive to provide the best possible care for our residents, so our CNA’s need to show empathy to patients and their families and be able to remain calm under pressure.
